You will need a support contract. They will probably send you somewhere to
get that setup. Keep in mind that the release you are on is no longer
supported and the may not be able to help you. There may be other options
such as an upgrade to V4 and explaining you need transition support to get
the current environment fixed so you can upgrade.

As I said before My DB TAPES don't let me to RESTORE
DB after Hard-Disk crash. I would like to RESTORE DB
from DATA TAPES( no DB Tapes are available). Many said
that it's impossible. Some say that it's a Tivoli
support operation, I am looking for every solution.
Can someone tell me once more, what is the technical
