Yes.  It is time to call support.
The objects are bound to the DEFAULT management
class and therefore it will take the
policy settings for that management class.

The policy settings that you list mean nothing
since the data is not bound to those
management classes.

I don't think the default management class
or the INCLUDE statement is set up like you think.
...or it is picking up a different DSM.OPT
file with different settings.

You have it correct, please call support
and they can help you get it worked out.
