We've been pretty happy with running TSM 5.1.1.0 and also
5.1.5.2 on AIX 4.3.3 ML10.
That's where we have sat on our 8 TSM servers for about the last
12 months. We have some 'dsmserv' processes that have not needed to be
restarted in over 9 months (it sure makes the session numbers large ;-)
On a side note, we have just started down the path to upgrade to
AIX5.2 and TSM5.2.1.3 We did our first one yesterday so it is too soon
to tell how stable it will be.... Crossing my fingers....
