I have it. Do you know what it means ? It means lifelong nutty
behaviour. Your bed will shake at night. You will become a recluse.

I have and it takes a minimum of 1 year to get it (excluding my
overall life-experience and maturity of 28 years at the time and
maybe genetics and previous birth karma which I dont believe).

I masturbate physically at least once a day because kundalini/Self
realization for some reason improves health and increases sperm
production. The mind is perfectly still, blissful and it does not
tolerate mental activity.
