It is not really important what words we use but to say 'feel the I am sense' 
is maybe better than to 'watch it' or 'focus on it' because the I am sense is a 
sense, a feeling. So you feel it. It is not a thought. It's like an emotion but 
it's not an emotion. 
Second, we don't need to understand it, we just need to feel it as long as 
possible. You'll be amazed by the 'amount' of bliss/peace of mind this exercise 
can produce.
