I do it in my spare time. My duties are not affected. I just feel better during
all my day.

Do we "NEED" to do this?

I would say I am driven by societal should not to always be in this state

I could sit under a tree and bliss out forever

Others have expectations of me

I have yet to balance my bliss with the actions that need to be taken to meet
their expectations

I end up manipulating my experience which tends to bring me out of it which in
turn is frustrating and once an attachment is formed something needs to be
given up to return to bliss
