Marko,

The bliss comes and goes. Because it is an effect of food.
When you have a meal, the bliss starts to increase and after food is used
up.
What you are calling as Nirvana is just a rise and fall of the food energy -
consciousness mixed with the five elements.
What you are experiencing is still not reality.
Reality is when your consciousness is reflected upon itself.
When this reflection happens the stillness is experienced.
The stillness has to be maintained for a period of time until you can
clearly identify the source.
