Sounds wonderful <if I focus on finding out who I really am I might not find myself if I look too hard> In my personal experience. I did focus on finding out who I really was. I broke down walls, shattered conditions and tore out ideas. I actually went through a lot of emotional pain. Whoever coined the phrase, "The truth hurts", was right. I dug deep and you know what I found. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. There was no me (Bob). Bob was just a bunch ideas, concepts and conditioning. Everything that made Bob Bob was not real. Anyway my point is. I think if you look hard enough and honestly enough you will discover that there is nothing to find.
