<rip the top of your head off, then peel off the rest of
your skull like a banana.>

Sounds wonderful

<if I focus on finding out who I really am I might not find myself if
I look too hard>

In my personal experience. I did focus on finding out who I really
was. I broke down walls, shattered conditions and tore out ideas. I
actually went through a lot of emotional pain. Whoever coined the
phrase, "The truth hurts", was right. I dug deep and you know what I
found. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. There was no me (Bob). Bob was
just a bunch ideas, concepts and conditioning. Everything that made
Bob Bob was not real. Anyway my point is. I think if you look hard
enough and honestly enough you will discover that there is nothing to
find.
