A common denominator for all the ancient mystics was the mantra “Audi vide Tace “ which is Latin for listen, observe and be silence. This is because generally we don’t. As a new race on this planet (100,000 years is no time in cosmic terms) we have been preoccupied with survival, only the last 10,000 years have we shown signs of “increased” awareness. Audi vide Tace is the enabler to realising the depth and breath of human awareness. Sit, wait, be patient and trust. Practice this every day. Eventually like all the great masters of the past, everyone of us can know self realisation. (higher awareness of the self.) How strange it is to realise how reluctant, or even afraid some people are, when they are asked to look deep inside them selves. Self is the key to selflessness. Sounds like a contradiction but this very apparent contradiction is the stuff that the individual must resolve within themselves. To enable their psychological freedom through the very truth of their being. Self realisation knows that we are all one being, even this planet is the self. When the individual frees themselves, the light they produce will shine instinctively upon those around them. Basically this is the story of Buddha, Moses, Jesus Mohammed and many, many more. Truth of being is the gift of this consciousness, to become ALL of what we-you-us truly are. Not for the faint hearted ........... .
