Hi List

When I started Perl Programming (Jan 2001) I stumbled into PerlMonks.org and I became its member - Jamnet. I learned a lot from this site as I found this site good enough with required resources. My whole office is talking about this site and I personally feel that if there should be more sites like Perlmonks. Yeah I did get flamed but then its the learning process. One thing I would like to point is that although being a member of Perlmonks I yet to make friends in Perl World. (I would appreciate if anyone (gals / guys) could reach out to my hand of friendship). It would be really great if a new site is started where people feel comfortable but it also be seen that site is financially supporting itself.

No one is stopping you from doing this.
In fact, no one stopped the half-dozen or so folks
who did things just like this on Yahoo (Yahoo Clubs).
I'm subscribed to several myself.
