Be sure to [EMAIL PROTECTED] then. :)  (I created the list some
days ago, but forgot to tell anyone).

well, moderation requries that a moderator reads his mail and approves all
incoming mail to the list before they will be sent to the subscribers. I
think a better idea is to just try it without and use tell abusers to
bugger off. Technical moderation (as opposed to social moderation) has
never been needed on any of the perl.org lists except the announcement
lists.
