Not at all. If businesspeople knew Perl was being used _everywhere_ (one
of the things it has in common with Windows and makes it so different
from MacOS), then they'd be unlikely to order that its use be ended. In
fact, one of the arguments I'm getting prepared to make when the day
comes is that you have to have Perl to use certain utilities we have to use.
I also think you should look at your language and consider your biases.
Note your verb choice (emphasis added):
"to _order_ that it not be used anymore as they are to _ask_ that its use be increased"
