There's no point in whining about Tcl misrepresenting Perl if > we misrepresent Tcl. which Tcl advocacy page? as far as i know i removed anything that spread FUD about other languages from www.perl.org. personally, i don't pay attention to X versus Y reports, marketing, campaigning or whatever. if the language can't stand on its own legs without knocking out those of another, then there is probably not much there. i've used Tcl quite a bit, and i think Tcl and Perl live in different parts of the ecosystem, so i'm not worried about competition from either. :)
