Hey, Is it possible to fetch data of managed_placement_view at campaign level?
Also, would like to know what is criterion_id here <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v11/managed_placement_view#managed_placement_view.resource_name> in customers/{customer_id}/managedPlacementViews/{ad_group_id}~{criterion_id} and can it be used in combination of campaign_id/ ad_group_id to uniquely identify a placement object.
