Could you please provide me a query for managed_placement_view to fetch 
data accumulated at campaign level and not adgroup. 

Rephrasing previous question:
"*can criterion_id be used in combination of campaign_id/ ad_group_id to 
uniquely identify a placement object.*”"
We want to uniquely identify each record from managed_placement_view 
report. Which attribute/s can  be used for the same?
