To answer your question in general, please note that the accumulation of data of this report is at the ad group and manage placement, not at campaign level. With this, even though you will add campaign resource to that report, the accumulation of the report will still be at the ad group and manage placement such that it will only return the attributes of the campaigns where the ad group (associated with managed placement). Furthermore, each row of the managed_placement_view is already unique so you can just add the managed_placement_view.resource_name that treat it as an ID of each row.
