Matthew, Please remember that developer tokens and any OAuth 2.0 credentials must not be made available in the public. Please make sure you regenerate the developer token since it was posted (I've deleted that post just to be safe).
That being said, can I trouble you to verify that the user you've authorized for OAuth 2.0 access actually has admin access to the account? Or if it's read only access?
