Hello, We're using v201809 of the AdWords API and trying to get the customer extension settings via the CustomerExtensionSettingsService. We currently have 4 extensions for SITELINKS enabled at the account level and 4 extends for CALLOUTS. However, when we make the request for our account-level settings, we only get back SITELINK extensions, but not CALLOUT extensions. Is there any way we can get some help debugging this issue?
