and the complete SOAP request and response logs that were generated when

Hello,
We're using v201809 of the AdWords API and trying to get the customer
extension settings via the CustomerExtensionSettingsService. We currently
have 4 extensions for SITELINKS enabled at the account level and 4 extends
for CALLOUTS. However, when we make the request for our account-level
settings, we only get back SITELINK extensions, but not CALLOUT extensions.
Is there any way we can get some help debugging this issue?
