Hi Marco, Through AdWords API, you will also use the AdGroupCriterionService. Your AdGroupCriterion will need to be a NegativeAdGroupCriterion. I'd recommend looking at this example as a reference as it shows both how to target and exclude a criteria at the ad group level.
