We use this Examples allready for Keywords and other Criterions. In this
Case the Operation we try to Mutate over The service has no influence.

'AdGroupCriterion.Type': 'NegativeAdGroupCriterion',
'criterionUse': 'NEGATIVE'
}
}]
I get a Result Set from the AdgroupCriterion, with no Errors. But the
criterionUse looks like to be ignored from the Api.
