The Noumenal Newman is dead but both the phenomenal Newman and the phenomenal
Snow White live on. "Newman is Dead" is not true of the phenomenal Newman.
"Snow White is Dead" is not true of the noumenal Snow White because there isn't
one. "Snow White is Dead" is not true of the phenomenal Snow White. I think
you are assuming that fiction and phenomenal are the same thing. The
phenomenal Newman is not necessarily entirely without noumenal
reference-history,
movies, jars of stuff, relatives, people who knew him. The phenomenal "Snow
White"
hasn't got any relatives or people who knew her and doesn't appear in any
movies which are not about herself, and her history stretches over more than
one
human lifespan.
