Absolutely unique art, just like every grain of sand.
Under a microscope, one will find ugly or beauty,
depending one's individual sense of taste.
In "great art", for some, though necessary, evidently
uniqueness is not enough. So a universal "meaning"plus
other ingredients that i may not be aware of, enter into it.
Art is only the choice on one human or group of humans,
that's all. We live with that. A.E's in our minds are what
make those choices, and they are form from infancy.

Mando, you write:

I claim, that every individual's work of art is unique,

But notice, Mando, that though you accept they are individually,
specifically
unique, you also accept that they are generically "the same" in that they
are all "works of art".
