Mr. Miller having consistently voiced his preference for the academic style privileged by totalitarian regimes - and now having voiced a jingoistic vision of freedom and Western cultural imperialism, I now understand why MR. Miller, wants to see his aesthetic proclivities detached from the economic, social, and cultural circumstances (and now I might ad ideological perspectives) of their audience (which in this case is Mr. Miller) - I for one, are much more interested in the work done by the Russian Constructivist and Productivists (many of whom were communist who shunted aside by Stalin, who had tastes in art very similar to Mr. Miller)
