Some of your logic I agree with and some is contradicting. You use word 'state' very loosely. State is not a government it is a country as a whole. Private property and private initiative, should be in the interest of the country. I think you, unlike Lenin, give economy single most important role while it is one of several equally important components in a society that is not 'unhealthy' impoverished. The base for Fascism and alike is a degeneration of self respect of the nation often regardless of economical status. It is a philosophy of mass- phobias and as a result hate projected on everything that is an easy target: anti intellectualism, antisemitism, anti-progress in high arts. Pathological states of some private initiatives (helpless greed), which we see now, are enemies of the society of a country and the world. The reason- narrowly and poorly educated masses with overemphasis on money and stuff. And don't forget there is no equality after birth. Simple evolutionary law. I can't be equal to you, for instance, in academical status even if we theoretically had the same professional credentials- which is fair.

They favor corporatism, believing that the existence of inequality and separate social classes is beneficial . Fascists argued that the state should play a key role in mediating relations between these classes. An inherent aspect of fascism is economic dirigisme, meaning an economy where the government exerts strong directive influence, and effectively controling production and allocating resources and profits. In general, fascist economies are based on private property and private initiative, but these are contingent the interest of the state - which functions as an autonomous - self-interested entity.
