A state is a political association with effective sovereignty over a geographic area and its population. A state usually includes institutions that claim the authority to make the rules that govern the relationships between the people in that territory, though its status as a state often depends in part on being recognized by a number of other states as having internal and external sovereignty over its territory.
Private property and private initiative, should be in the interest of the people of that Country. Pathological systems driven by greed, that keep people poorly educated and economically vulnerable are enemies of the people of all societies as well as the world. All people are equal in their need and are of value in what they contribute to the good of the whole- each according to their need from each according to their ability. Democracy does not punish someone because they do not have the capabilities of another - nor do they reward those who purely have more than others and the expense of the weak. As for the Fascist State it employs the mass- phobia that arises from the fear of poverty and instability.
