Exactly. And firemen are not concerned with flammable inanimate objects when they're trying to save people, including themselves. As I think about it, during declared war, some cities are designated "open," meaning that they won't be bombed or assaulted, to keep the buildings and national treasures undamaged. Of course, the other side can't launch military operations from those cities.
