Perhaps you are right, Ms Sullivan.  Regardless, one cannot confront a
question by launching a salvo of questions instead of developing a
particular position, or developing a rigourous critique.  I am also
dumbstruck by what seems to be Mr Millers disinterest in his own questions:
when I asked him to clarify them, he simply  moved on to another set -- to
wit: a set that seems to be orthogonal to the original ones -- as if he had
not inquired after something in the first place.
