What is "clear disagreement", here, Lew? But anyway, here's two reasons I'd like to know how Boris will answer:
First -- I am curious about how anyone - but especially an old Russian artist - reacts to sculpture I like. Second -- I wonder how Boris will develop his notion of "power of symbolic imagination". What kinds of non-symbolic imagination are there? And if one thing has greater "power of symbolic imagination" than another, does that mean that it : provokes a stronger emotional response? -- or --- offers a more useful concept? Can that power be gauged without reading any of the critical literature about the piece? Can it be gauged without looking at the piece ones self? (and probably a bunch of other questions that would occur to me if I weren't so tired ) >So, since you clearly disagree with Boris and you have already reached your own conclusions I don't really see the point of your questions. I don't see how Boris' responses can be of use to you ____________________________________________________________ Online Loan Click for online loan, fast & no lender fee, approval today http://thirdpartyoffers.netzero.net/TGL2231/c?cp=19wSKu9RbmYazgFVUUgdhQAAJz6c l_zTaptgNR5c8Mer1v9kAAYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAQZAAAAAA=
