I have the Aims 48v 2000watt are backup power for my house. It has all of LED lighting, home network gear, desktop, tv, server and refrigerator connected. When it switches from bypass(grid) to inverter it is fast enough that the desktop and server stay online. One of the reasons I picked the Aims was it's high surge rating so it has no problem when a motor starts up(like a refrigerator). I did test a 20amp(120v) table saw and it manage to power it up and rip a board.
