That is what one of the local lumber companies used to do.  
We don’t have either of those two companies around here.  
I am sure there is a similar company in the SLC area though.

Find a Carter Lumber or 84 or whoever the large lumber houses are near you that 
build trusses.   Give them the dimensions you want and they will crank out a 
set of plans and BOM for you.  Since they have to engineer the trusses to the 
local building codes they should be able to stamp the building plans they 
supply as well.   At least when I built a pole barn here that is what I did.

    If anyone knows of such a source, please turn me on to it.
