That is what one of the local lumber companies used to do. We don’t have either of those two companies around here. I am sure there is a similar company in the SLC area though.

Give them the dimensions you want and they will crank out a set of plans and BOM for you. Since they have to engineer the trusses to the local building codes they should be able to stamp the building plans they supply as well. At least when I built a pole barn here that is what I did.
