I have a couple of their rolling toolboxes in my home workshop. They are actually really nice. I agree many tools are use once and throw away but they have some decent stuff and have been getting better over time.

Cutoff wheels, gloves, that kind of thing. Their "Hardy" brand vinyl dipped gloves were on sale for a dollar and I got 6 pairs. They're great until the vinyl wears off. I got a knockout punch for $30. Compare to Greenlee knockout punch for ~$200. I don't care if it doesn't last quite as long because I don't punch that many holes.
