A handhole at every other fence crossing gets you 4 lots per handhole. Post can be in the middle andbyou could do custom lids with 4 openings if you wanted. Drop a second or third duct and lease it to Telco and cable if they're interested. Or put in 5g through the back fences, wear a dress and start saying your name with a lisp.
