A handhole at every other fence crossing gets you 4 lots per handhole. Post can
be in the middle andbyou could do custom lids with 4 openings if you wanted.
Drop a second or third duct and lease it to Telco and cable if they're
interested. Or put in 5g through the back fences, wear a dress and start saying
your name with a lisp.

and pull a slack loop up into a pedestal.
Or just direct bury the slack loop for now.
Later cut in a splitter if I wanted to do PON. Trying to avoid a
bunch of handholes etc.
