Air to air heat exchangers or active cooling are much better than just
moving outside air from the dirt contamination perspective.
It really builds up over time in any system with fans. Passive convective
cooling with vents and filters don't accumulate nearly as much dirt, but
will they give you enough cooling.
How much live load are you trying to cool?
