I have a fair number of the L-Com fiberglass NEMA4 enclosures, with a
rainproof vent fan and a similarly rainproof inlet filter. Or some models
have 2 fans, with a dual thermostat control that runs one or both fans as
needed. They work pretty good and move a decent amount of air. You do have
to clean the filters if they are in a dusty environment, we unfortunately
have one right by the dump pit at a grain leg where they don't load corn or
beans but rather some stuff that looks like flour, I think it's a byproduct
from the ethanol plant. Anyway, I'm not sure you could figure out who they
get the parts from to put them on your own enclosure.

As has often been discussed, if the enclosure is exposed to direct sunlight,
first order of business is to paint it bright gloss white.

I meant on the side of the Enclosure. Multilink MDU enclosure. Typically
powering a 250 watt or 400 watt Netonix.

Passive cooling is a neat option but typically costs more, takes more space
up.
