I have a fair number of the L-Com fiberglass NEMA4 enclosures, with a rainproof vent fan and a similarly rainproof inlet filter. Or some models have 2 fans, with a dual thermostat control that runs one or both fans as needed. They work pretty good and move a decent amount of air. You do have to clean the filters if they are in a dusty environment, we unfortunately have one right by the dump pit at a grain leg where they don't load corn or beans but rather some stuff that looks like flour, I think it's a byproduct from the ethanol plant. Anyway, I'm not sure you could figure out who they get the parts from to put them on your own enclosure.
