AmpliFi is a home WiFi product from Ubiquiti.
I think you can get the standalone AmpliFi router, or a kit with a
router and two repeaters. I think being pretty is the primary feature.
Not trying to knock it, just calling it like I see it.
There's a display on the front that says "speed" but which I assume
actually shows throughput. On one hand I think it might be useful when
someone says their speed test is showing 0.1mbps to have them look at
the display and see that they're using their entire connection right
now. On the other hand there will be times when throughput is near zero
and I can already imagine a call asking why the "speed" is so low.
