Yep - like Chuck said - you are likely required to supply the information you have but I don’t know of any reason you would be required to do their work for them. Information is one thing, making it easy for them to use is another. Contact whoever is asking for it and see if they are good with what you have or if they are going to pay for the legal and IT time to put it into a format they want.
