Yeah, even Cisco, which is one of the most obnoxious companies about maintenance contracts to get software updates, will often give you a free update in the case of a major bug.

Airspan wants us to pay for a firmware update to fix the problem. Our firmware is 4 years old. Does anyone have any Airspan gear that is still working running with a more recent firmware? I don’t want to pay for a support agreement just to find they can’t fix it again.
