I am really not sure what either the shock or dismay is about. Corporations
or companies have never truly paid taxes and never will. That cost, as all
cost or are or should be, will be passed on to consumers. Why is labor, IT,
insurance, or any other cost legitimate to pass on to customers but not
taxes, regulatory "fees", etc.?
