On 450 AP/SM 
You set Vlan type to QInQ on the SM, ethertype to 0x8100 on the AP.  

Guessing it would be similar on the PTP. 

It doesn't overwrite, it adds a second 0x8100 tag. (We do this for out 4948s 
which don't support 0x81a8)
