The vast majority of our towers run on 48v power, but we have a couple small towers that just have 110vac with a standard UPS. The UPSs we have bought recently have this "momentary" type switch (digital blab la bla) and sometimes they will just turn off. Maybe there is a slight surge or something, but they in essence turn themselves OFF.
