It appears Nate was right, the Tycon POE does not seem to have damaged the radio.
I think maybe Cambium ePMP and 450b (but not 450) are polarity agnostic? But the Cambium radios would do that too if you reverse the polarity with a battery pack, years ago we had an installer who never paid attention to the polarity, he fried several FSK Radios.
