Well, yeah... if you're putting on a mask that somebody else has been wearing, you're obviously going to have a much higher chance of getting infected than not wearing any mask... but that's the price you pay for not having your own mask.
Although Ken's movie mask idea could work pretty well... those should be easy to disinfect!
