I notice my seemingly constant arm muscle aches are helped more by Tylenol than
ibuprofen. Worry about liver damage.

I'm ex Army. Perhaps the new kids get CBD and a joint

but for us it was pretty much:

Aches and pains? 800 Mg ibuprofen

Broken bone? 800 Mg ibuprofen

Minor Amputation? 800 Mg Ibuprofen

Major Amputation? 1600 MG ibuprofen and a stiff drink.

I'm pretty much on the same med schedule now except the aches and pains are a
constant so I cut down the dosage somewhat.
