Oh the combo.. couldn't help you there :) Proxmox looks cool.. but still 
doesn't have the features Vmware does. But I hear now there is some pretty good 
xen material out there now. It has advanced much further than it used to be. 
Trying to find the link but the manager you need to pay for but its a fraction 
of Vmware.

Subject: [AFMUG] vmware/veeam alternatives 

Ive been running vmware and veeam forever, i love it, but we are getting priced 
out of continuing to use it. upgrading either is always a cumbersome task. 
Having been using what is probably the simplest virtualization/backup combo out 
there I'm guessing anything we move to will have a massive learning curve for 
me, 

What combos are out there that dont break the bank and are reliable as this?
