Oh the combo.. couldn't help you there :) Proxmox looks cool.. but still doesn't have the features Vmware does. But I hear now there is some pretty good xen material out there now. It has advanced much further than it used to be. Trying to find the link but the manager you need to pay for but its a fraction of Vmware.
