Proxomox is opensource and free if you don’t want the enterprise repo. Although, I do pay for the licenses on mine.

Since Xen didn't do paravirtual before but it does now. https://xcp-ng.org/ Proxmox too many things its missing to list here. Its great for basic usage 2-3 servers definitely. I'd use it in a heartbeat if I was a small operation.
