Technically, a lithium battery (pretty much all types of lithium
batteries) have a higher storage capacity than SLA batteries of "the
same size". For example, a 12V 100AH SLA battery only has ~~ 600
watt-hours of usable power, while a 12V 100AH lithium battery is closer
to 1000 watt-hours of power. Not twice as much, but approximately 60% more.

Some of our reasons:
-Theft deterrence ( rack mount unit looks like a server)
-Lower Weight
-Easier to swap or add capacity
-Lower voltage tolarence=longer runtimes
-We are seeing better pricing vs Northstar Blue
