I have a syncinjector with sitemonitor.

The underlying issue is the site monitor isn't "producing" sync as notified
via SNMP.  I think it's a "SyncPipe" that goes into the SyncInjector.
SiteMonitor is telling me "SiteMonitor4ChGigabitPoE".

I just noticed the SyncpipeDraw(mA) is 0.  Does that for sure work?  I
don't have any history or anything, but does it make sense the Syncpipe
took a dump?
