The syncpipe draws so little power that that sensor is essentially useless. Like the syncpipes use less than 10mA typically.
There should be a counter which says "used pulses". Is it incrementing once per second, and only once per second? If it's not then the syncinjector isn't receiving sync. On the binary or boolean tab, there should also be 4 power rows and 4 tripped rows and 4 sync rows. make sure the rows for sync are 1 (one).
